Online Support

To support you remote, HelpdeskSoftware Europe BV uses the software from Fastviewer. This page on our website is specially designed for starting a remote support session with the Fastviewer software.


How does it work?

With Fastviewer, two or more persons can watch simultaneously each others screens and allow each other to take over the computer. This allows our support engineers to give you optimal support when analyzing and solving problems. Questions like “what do you see now” are not longer necessary, since you are looking at the same screen. A big advantage is that you don’t have to install Fastviewer, just run it.


Contact by telephone

The first step in making the connection is the contact by telephone between you and the HelpdeskSoftware Europe BV support engineer. The engineer will advice you to start a Fastviewer session to analyze your problem.


Start the software

By clicking the picture below the client program is downloaded. You can open it instantly or save it to your computer and run it from there. After starting the program it will ask you for a unique code, the session number. This session number is randomly generated and will be given by the HelpdeskSoftware Europe BV support engineer. The connection can only be made with the correct session number and the session number is not valid any more after the session. It is not possible that sessions are made without your knowledge.
